**Key Responsibilities** 1\. Technology and AI Integration
  • Embrace & Implement Tech Solutions: Leverage AI tools and cutting-edge software to optimize administrative and operational tasks.

2. Executive Support

  • Email & Communication Management:
    • Monitor and manage the CEO’s inbox using advanced email management tools.
    • Draft and respond to communications promptly and professionally.
  • Calendar & Scheduling:
    • Efficiently coordinate a dynamic, multi-time-zone schedule.
    • Utilize smart scheduling tools to optimize the CEO's time.

3. Data & Information Management

  • CRM & Data Systems:
    • Manage and organize data using platforms like HubSpot, Folk, or similar.
    • Ensure accurate and timely input and retrieval of information.
  • Information Synthesis:
    • Quickly learn new systems and tools to gather, analyze, and present data as needed.

4. Project Management

  • Multitasking Mastery: Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Autonomous Execution: Take initiative to drive projects forward with minimal supervision.
  • Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies and implement tech-driven solutions.

5. Research & Analysis

  • Tech-Driven Research: Conduct in-depth research using AI and other advanced tools to prepare reports and presentations.
  • Insight Generation: Provide actionable insights that support strategic decision-making.

6. Administrative Excellence

  • Travel Coordination:
    • Arrange complex domestic and international travel itineraries using travel management software.
  • Gatekeeping & Liaison:
    • Act as a point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
    • Manage inquiries with discretion and professionalism.
