  • Stay informed on industry trends, market dynamics, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies and product offerings.
  • Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Requirements:

  • MUST HAVE CANNABIS STAFFING EXPERIENCE
  • Proven experience in staffing services, particularly within the cannabis sector.
  • Highly competitive mindset with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated success in B2B sales, ideally in the SaaS industry.
  • Firm grasp of sales principles and techniques, with proficiency in navigating complex sales cycles.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey value propositions effectively.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of thriving in an entrepreneurial setting.
  • Ability to establish rapport and credibility with C-level executives and key decision-makers.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales tools for lead management and sales forecasting.
