• Fully attend to software support tickets   
• Assist and strengthen the daily implementations of company systems and procedures.
• Record and monitor inquiries through a problem management database, ensuring a comprehensive history of all issues and their resolutions is maintained. follow up promptly on all incidents and service request to keep an eye up to date record.                        
• Capability to convey technical details in both spoken and written forms of end-users
• Help set up new hardware and software for both new and existing employees, whether they're inside or outside the organisation. Guide said employees on how to safely and effectively use these tools while minimizing security threat to company.
• Facilitate solving complex problems by working with relevant teams.
• Report to IT Manager for projects and daily responsibilities
• Responsible for imaging desktop/laptop on a daily/weekly basis for Network Store setups (new existing store, remodels and acquisitions)
• Contribute to our Knowledge base (author and edit knowledge base articles and processes)
• Assist with support for all current and future company technologies (training will be facilitated by company)
• Assist in working with all functional teams to set up, maintain and support internal/external users
• Proficient in POS systems, Office 365, Citrix ShareFile, laptop buildup and office setup, comfortable with remote troubleshooting.  Expert in MFC and Thermal printing, handheld scanners, Workstation, and Laptop Imaging
• Maintain, create, and close with details all requests via Help Desk Ticketing system
• Serve as the subject matter expert in supporting Jushi Business Policies, and reinforce best practices and technical protocol for technology program use in all Jushi stores
• Other related duties as appropriate and required
• Strong analytical abilities – understand how to trace data points on a report back through to the source or in third party systems through web interfaces
• administer certain areas such as user and security management

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related field required
• 1-2+ years of experience in IT
• Industry certifications preferred (CompTIA A+, Network+, MCSA, etc)

Role purpose:

This is a newly created role that is instrumental in the build-up and execution of our company’s Medical Cannabis program. Reporting directly to the Category Head for cannabinoids, you will set up the proper operational model and commercial team for each of our markets and manage these daily. You will also work closely with the Brand & Insights and Product Development teams to build our portfolio of Medical Cannabis products and deliver these successfully to market.

Responsibilities include, but aren’t limited to:

• Developing and executing our company’s Medical Cannabis Commercial strategy & business plans
• Being accountable for the successful end-to-end definition and delivery of all projects within the program
• Delivering our value proposition – inclusive of vision, concepts, and product proposition – to meet customer needs
• Creating and maintaining commercial partners/distributors/agencies relationships and agreements, to support the specificities of each of our markets.
• Take the lead in all sales-related activities for Medical Cannabis, achieving budgeted sales forecast.
• Building, developing, and leading a high-performing team; setting goals, day-to-day management, and long-term development
• Partner with Finance and Operations on forecasting activities, developing revenue targets, budgeting, and developing sales operations processes
• Forging successful cross-functional teams (e.g. Life Sciences, Product, Consumer, and external partners)

You will be a strong commercial leader with direct experience in the Medical Cannabis market, and experience covering multiple geographies. • The Accounting Manager will oversee the accounting for the Maryland market.
