Our Company was given a Notice of Intent to Award a license in Georgia, which allows Fine Fettle to produce low-THC oil for patients to obtain from licensed dispensaries. Our state of the art 118,000 square foot cultivation, processing, and manufacturing facility in Macon-Bibb County is currently under construction and will be an industry standard facility in the country. We also plan to open five dispensaries around Georgia later this year, with the opportunity to build more as patients of Georgia expand. About the Role: Our Company s seeking a Regional Retail Director to oversee our retail operations in the state of Georgia. The Regional Retail Director will manage and supervise the General Managers (GMs) of all Georgia dispensaries to ensure that store operations run smoothly across the state. The Regional Retail Director will regularly meet with store leadership to understand operational dynamics and correct faults in operational processes for process improvement. The Director will also be responsible for the development of department-level retail goals and holding store managers accountable for their store-level goals and KPI targets. The ideal person for this role has extensive experience managing retail teams. Success in this role requires a combination of leadership and management skills, mobilizing teams to improve day-to-day operations while managing at a high enough level to not get spread thin in details. The most effective candidates in this role will continuously evaluate operational performance and make data-driven decisions to improve processes and advance business outcomes. What You’ll Do:
- Provide leadership to the assigned region, overseeing all retail activities and stores
- Collaborate with store managers to develop goals for each location
- Monitor store progress towards goals, holding GMs accountable and coaching them to achieve success
- Develop strategies to attract and retain customers
- Track and analyze market trends and new market opportunities
- Monitor and analyze regional retail data to evaluate performance, project future performance, and identify new market opportunities
- Manage weekly team meetings
- Work with marketing team to develop programs to increase sales
- Implement training and new SOPs in regional dispensaries
- Work with GMs to ensure that all stores are maintaining a strong culture and high level of team morale
- Foster self-managing teams
- Analyze and report in-store operational conditions to the executive leadership team
- Collaborate with executive leadership and Operations Finance Manager to prepare and implement district-wide budget;
- Monitor and approve expenses of regional stores
- Hire and onboard new retail management and store leadership
- Organize and oversee the schedules, territories, and performance of store managers
- Conduct performance evaluations of retail managers that are timely and constructive
- Handle discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy
- Perform other duties as assigned
**Skills/Qualifications:**

Associate’s or bachelor’s degree

Master’s degree is preferred but not required

3-5 years managing retail teams

Experience leading and managing diverse customer-facing teams

Cannabis market experience preferred but not required
