Our mission is to create comfort in cannabis by providing a superior, customized cannabis experience and great products to help enable customers and patients to realize cannabis' full potential to improve their lives. Our Company was given a Notice of Intent to Award a license in Georgia, which allows Our Company to produce low-THC oil for patients to obtain from licensed dispensaries. Our state of the art 118,000 square foot cultivation, processing, and manufacturing facility in Macon-Bibb County is currently under construction and will be an industry standard facility in the country. We also plan to open five dispensaries around Georgia later this year, with the opportunity to build more as patients of Georgia expand. About the Role: The Marketing Director plays a pivotal role in the regional marketing strategy, coordination, and execution for Fine Fettle. As a regional expert understands the unique marketing needs and nuances of their designated state—and collaboratively plans, develops, and implements tailored strategies to drive growth, customer engagement, and brand awareness. What You’ll Do:
- Customer Acquisition: Take charge of customer acquisition initiatives and associated metrics. Manage Events, Partnerships, and Sponsorships to foster
community engagement and generate leads. Identify new opportunities to reach Georgians through various channels, including paid, digital, out-of-home (OOH), and earned media. - Community Representation: Ensure Fine Fettle is well-represented among relevant groups and organizations in Georgia. Forge relationships with organizations and explore collaboration avenues that benefit Georgians through the Medical Cannabis Program. This includes, but is not limited to, patient
groups, advocate groups, physician (MD or DO) groups, and more. - Voice of the Consumer: Act as the internal voice for Georgia consumers. Provide monthly listening reports to Corporate Marketing and the Georgia Team, keeping them informed about consumer feedback and market trends.
- B2B Marketing: Oversee B2B marketing initiatives and craft "client journeys" for Physicians and Pharmacies. Collaborate with the Sales team to develop wholesale programs and supporting materials for Pharmacy clients. Identify opportunities to drive success in both sell-in and sell-through strategies.
- Retail Collaboration: Partner with the Retail team to devise promotional programs and in-store activations tailored to meet state and store-specific sales
Regularly visit Fine Fettle dispensaries to ensure merchandising and service elements align with brand standards. - Corporate Marketing Collaboration: Collaborate with the Corporate Marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns. Work with corporate team
members for social media management, content calendar planning, and systems/platform management to track success. - State-Specific Campaigns: Lead the development and execution of state specific campaigns, including but not limited to New Store Openings, Patient Registration, and Promotions. Offer support for Corporate Marketing initiatives such as Product Launches.
- 3rd Party Agency Management: Select and manage third-party agencies to complete project-specific Statements of Work (SOWs) when location or capacity constraints hinder the in-house corporate marketing team from providing services.
- Compliance and Reporting: Ensure that Georgia marketing efforts comply with GAMCC rules, obtaining proper approvals before distribution or activation. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) for Georgia Marketing, such as Leads, New Customers, Conversion Rates, etc. Oversee the creation and distribution of a monthly Marketing Metrics Report and ‘Listening and Insights Report’. Completes assessments following each campaign or initiative led by the GA Marketing team.
- Budget Management: Manage the Georgia Marketing budget and actively participate in the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) process.

- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Master’s Degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a regional or state-specific role.
- Proven success in developing and executing multi-faceted marketing strategies in the cannabis industry.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics and consumer behavior within the cannabis industry.
- Exceptional leadership qualities, with experience managing teams directly or indirectly.
- Ability to work collaboratively across different departments and effectively communicate with various stakeholders.
- Located in Georgia, preferably Atlanta area.
- Must be willing to travel regionally as the job requires.
- Proficiency in using Asana or similar project management software is a plus.
- Familiarity with OKRs and their application in driving project success is a plus.
