We’re actively hiring motivated sales professionals with strong in-person sales experience who are ready to take control of their income and career path. If you've worked in retail sales, door-to-door, automotive, real estate, or any other client-facing sales role, you already have the foundation for success as a Health Insurance Agent. This is a 1099 commission-based role offering flexible hours, remote options, and access to top-tier health insurance products. Healthcare industry experience is a plus—but not required. We provide training, licensing guidance, and product education to help you succeed.
What You’ll Do:
- Help individuals, families, and small business owners choose the best health insurance plans.
- Leverage your interpersonal and consultative sales skills to build lasting client relationships.
- Use proven sales strategies to prospect, follow up, and close new business (marketing tools provided).
- Guide clients through enrollment in ACA plans, private medical coverage, dental/vision, supplemental policies, and more.
- Stay current on industry trends, carrier products, and compliance standards.
Ideal Candidates Have:
- 1+ year of in-person sales or customer engagement experience (retail, hospitality, automotive, etc.).
- Active Health Insurance License (or willingness to get licensed — we’ll help you get there).
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and goal-setting skills.
- A self-starter attitude with the discipline to work independently.
- Basic computer skills and comfort with CRM tools and virtual communication.
- Healthcare experience is a plus, but not required.
