Summary:

We currently have two openings. Seeking skilled and driven barbers who take pride in delivering exceptional grooming services and personalized client care. The ideal candidate is passionate about their craft, up-to-date on industry trends, and thrives in a high-end service environment. Owner/Operator works each day in the shop alongside the team and is ready to GROW.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality barbering services including precision haircuts, traditional straight-razor shaves, beard trims, and more
  • Consult with clients to understand their grooming goals and provide tailored recommendations
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in compliance with health regulations and upscale brand expectations
  • Build and retain a loyal clientele through consistent service, professionalism, and exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Stay current with grooming trends, techniques, and product knowledge
  • Recommend and upsell premium grooming products and add-on services
  • Represent the brand with integrity, style, and excellence in service
Qualifications:
  • Valid FL barber license
  • 1+ years of professional shop experience
  • Expertise in both modern and classic grooming techniques

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct care to patients by assisting with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication administration

Required and Preferred Qualifications

Required:

  • Associate’s degree in psychology, social work, or a related field
