Client Success Manager
As a Client Success Manager, you will own the client relationship end-to-end. You’ll ensure projects stay on track, requirements are clearly defined, and clients receive consistent value throughout the engagement. You’ll help translate business needs into technical direction, proactively manage risk, and become a trusted advisor for clients navigating the complexities of insurance operations and technology. Key Responsibilities Account Management
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients across carriers, MGAs, and Insurtechs.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for account strategy, escalations, and ongoing engagement.
- Conduct regular check-ins, performance reviews, and strategic planning sessions.
- Identify upsell opportunities and help expand scope where additional value can be delivered.
Project Management
- Oversee multiple concurrent software development projects from kickoff through delivery.
- Create and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and communication cadences.
- Coordinate with internal development, QA, design, and leadership teams to ensure on-time, on-budget execution.
- Monitor risks, issues, and dependencies—and drive resolutions proactively.
Business Analysis
- Gather, document, and validate business and technical requirements, with an emphasis on insurance workflows (quote/bind/issue, endorsements, billing, claims, etc.).
- Facilitate discovery sessions with clients and translate findings into actionable specifications.
- Support backlog grooming, sprint planning, and acceptance testing.
- Ensure delivered features align with client objectives and deliver measurable value.

Required Skills & Experience
- 3–7 years of experience in client success, account management, project management, or business analysis.
- Experience in the insurance industry is a MUST—preferably within carriers, MGAs, brokers, or Insurtechs.
- Strong understanding of insurance operations, such as underwriting, policy lifecycle, rating, forms, data capture, or distribution.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and modern software development processes.
- Ability to translate complex concepts between non-technical and technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience working at a software development firm or SaaS company.
- Experience with policy admin systems, rating engines, or insurance integrations.
- Background in requirements documentation, workflows, wireframing, or QA.
