REMOTE-Solution Consultant – Time & Attendance (UKG Ready)
Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Solution Consultant – Time & Attendance (UKG Ready) to join our Ready Launch Services Team in a remote capacity. In this role, you will support clients of varying sizes and complexities throughout the implementation of UKG Ready, focusing on Time & Attendance. You’ll also help ensure a seamless transition to ongoing support post-launch.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver implementation services for UKG Ready Time & Attendance solutions.
- Collaborate with project managers and client teams to align system design with project goals.
- Analyze client business needs and recommend optimal UKG Ready configurations.
- Guide clients through the configuration, testing, and deployment of Time & Attendance functionalities.
- Prepare and present detailed documentation outlining configuration recommendations and system specifications.
- Manage multiple implementations and go-live transitions concurrently.
- Prioritize and manage work schedules, track progress, and meet key milestones.
- Support clients through post-go-live transitions to ongoing support teams.
- Conduct remote and on-site consulting sessions to train and educate client teams.
- Participate in internal and client-facing meetings, providing updates on project progress and deliverables.
- Stay current on UKG Ready solutions and maintain required certifications.
- Mentor and support colleagues in areas of expertise within UKG Ready.
- Meet established utilization and performance targets.
- Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.
Required Qualifications
- UKG Ready Time & Attendance certification.
- 1–2 years of experience in implementing or launching UKG Ready.
- Background in professional services or consulting environments.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities and adapt quickly.
- Highly dependable with minimal need for oversight.
- Strong commitment to ethical standards and high-quality results.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in team or project leadership roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and project collaboration tools.
- Experience with UKG Ready as a system administrator.
- Additional UKG Ready certifications.
- HR or payroll experience with relevant professional certifications.
- Background in business analysis or project management is a plus.

Work & Travel Requirements
