Digital Optimization Manager
About the Role The Digital Optimization Manager is responsible for driving measurable improvements in website performance, conversions, and overall customer experience. This role requires a balance of technical expertise, analytical thinking, and cross-team collaboration, all while maintaining a strong customer-first mindset. Data is at the heart of your decision-making, and you thrive on uncovering insights that lead to meaningful changes in website performance and optimization. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily website performance, functionality, and uptime.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on KPIs (traffic, conversions, SEO, engagement, testing outcomes), delivering actionable insights.
- Execute optimization strategies, including SEO improvements, funnel enhancements, and call-to-action performance.
- Design, implement, and evaluate A/B and multivariate tests, rolling out successful results to maximize conversions.
- Elevate the customer journey through usability testing, heatmaps, and direct customer feedback.
- Partner with marketing, design, content, and IT teams to align on priorities and execute website initiatives on time.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, tools, and best practices, proactively identifying new opportunities for growth.
Skills & Traits
- Proficiency in website management (CMS platforms, basic HTML/CSS).
- Strong expertise in SEO, CRO, and analytics tools (GA4, GTM, Looker Studio, heatmaps, testing platforms).
- Ability to turn complex data into actionable insights that drive measurable business outcomes.
- Solid understanding of UX/UI design and customer journey mapping.
- Strong project management and organizational skills with a track record of delivering timely results.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3–5+ years of experience in website conversion optimization.
- Hands-on expertise with multiple platforms and technologies used to drive website optimization.
