**About the Role:** Our Company is seeking a Hydrocarbon Extraction Tech. Extraction Technicians (Hydrocarbon) are technicians who have demonstrated through training and or experience that they meet the qualifications to conduct all standard operations within the lab. This position reports to the lab manager and may include all Tech I and Tech II qualified production operations. Extraction technicians perform the day-to-day functions of production while adhering to safety, compliance, and company policies.   **What You’ll Do:** 
  • Transfer and prepare biomass for CO2, ethanol, and hydrocarbon extraction
  • Perform CO2, ethanol, hydrocarbon, and separations
  • Perform post processing operations such as winterization, distillation, rosin pressing, and decarboxylation
  • Support the extraction packaging team if necessary
  • Clean and sanitize extraction equipment and laboratory areas
  • Wash and sterilize laboratory glassware
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum floors, and spot clean as necessary
  • Assisting in packaging socks
  • Ensure proper disposal of waste
  • Assist in cross-training new and less-experienced technicians

  Skills/Qualifications:

The Regional Retail Director will manage and supervise the General Managers (GMs) of all Georgia dispensaries to ensure that store operations run smoothly across the state. The Regional Retail Director will regularly meet with store leadership to understand operational dynamics and correct faults in operational processes for process improvement.  The Director will also be responsible for the development of department-level retail goals and holding store managers accountable for their store-level goals and KPI targets.    The ideal person for this role has extensive experience managing retail teams.   • Community Representation: Ensure Fine Fettle is well-represented among relevant groups and organizations in Georgia.   • 3rd Party Agency Management: Select and manage third-party agencies to complete project-specific Statements of Work (SOWs) when location or capacity constraints hinder the in-house corporate marketing team from providing services.
  • Compliance and Reporting: Ensure that Georgia marketing efforts comply with GAMCC rules, obtaining proper approvals before distribution or activation.
