Director, Brand Content Experience
Director of Content Experience We're looking for a Director of Content Experience to lead the development of an exciting new external content hub. This hub will serve as a go-to destination for our audiences, helping to boost brand affinity, foster engagement, and encourage repeat visits that nurture prospects into more meaningful business opportunities. You'll collaborate with both an agency and our internal digital teams to bring this vision to life, featuring a mix of brand storytelling, thought leadership, and proprietary market research.
What You’ll Do
As the strategic lead for the hub’s content and experience, you’ll play a key role in shaping how we connect with our audience. This position calls for a creative and experienced leader who understands content marketing best practices, audience insights, and performance data to deliver engaging, relevant, and personalized content that aligns with Our Company’s global and regional business goals. In this role, you’ll: ✅ Develop a content and publishing strategy that ensures the right themes, formats, and cadence to engage our audience and meet business objectives. ✅ Collaborate with key teams—including thought leadership editors, researchers, creative leads, and content activation teams—to maintain an editorial calendar and maximize content impact. ✅ Oversee the hub’s user experience and visual identity, working closely with an external agency and internal teams to ensure a seamless, high-quality experience. ✅ Work cross-functionally with marketing, communications, brand media, and executive teams to create and implement strategies that drive traffic and engagement. ✅ Monitor and optimize performance, partnering with our digital team to track analytics, gather audience insights, and continuously refine content strategy. ✅ Ensure content quality and compliance with brand guidelines, legal standards, and best practices. ✅ Lead a talented team, providing guidance and support while fostering an environment of creativity and innovation.
Who You Are
You’re a forward-thinking, passionate content marketer who loves crafting and promoting meaningful, user-first content experiences. You have a strong strategic vision, deep expertise in content marketing and user experience, and an eye for high-quality storytelling.
What You Bring
✔ 15+ years of content marketing/content strategy experience, with a focus on digital experiences—either agency-side or in-house. ✔ 7+ years leading teams, with a track record of managing direct reports and senior stakeholders. ✔ Strong understanding of digital content experiences, including UX, interactive content, and industry best practices. ✔ Data-driven and creative mindset, with experience using performance metrics to inform content strategy. ✔ Exceptional collaboration and communication skills, including experience working cross-functionally and presenting to executives. ✔ B2B brand experience is a plus, and the ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment is a must. ✔ Familiarity with AI-driven insights and tools is a bonus. ✔ A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
