- Prospect and generate leads through various channels including cold calling, email outreach, networking, and social selling.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of JobWorX.ai's SaaS platform.
- Understand prospective clients' needs and pain points, and tailor solutions to address their specific challenges.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute targeted campaigns to drive awareness and generate interest in JobWorX.ai.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to close, ensuring a seamless transition to the customer success team post-sale.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships and drive customer satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to continuously improve sales strategies and product offerings.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs on a consistent basis.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience selling SaaS Staffing technology is a plus
- Must be Highly competitive and able to adapt to a fast pace environment
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in the SaaS industry.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques, with the ability to effectively navigate complex sales cycles.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions clearly and persuasively.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Demonstrated ability to build rapport and establish credibility with C-level executives and decision-makers.
- Experience using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales tools to manage leads, track activities, and forecast sales.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and industry events (post-pandemic).
