What You’ll Do
💡 HR Policies & Compliance
- Develop, review, and update HR policies to stay compliant with labor laws.
- Educate employees on company policies and ensure fair, consistent implementation.
🤝 Employee Relations & Engagement
- Serve as a trusted point of contact for employee concerns, addressing workplace issues professionally.
- Foster a positive and fun work culture where employees feel valued and engaged.
- Support managers and employees with HR guidance.
🎯 Recruitment & Onboarding
- Partner with hiring managers to fill staffing needs.
- Assist with job descriptions, salary research, and hiring processes.
- Play an active role in recruiting and onboarding for our Corporate Division.
📈 Performance & Development
- Support managers in performance improvement plans (PIPs) and employee growth tracking.
- Recommend training and professional development opportunities.
💰 Compensation & Benefits
- Help administer employee benefits, including health insurance and retirement plans.
- Answer employee questions related to payroll, benefits, and compensation.
📋 Compliance & Record-Keeping
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with EEO, OSHA, and other regulations.
- Monitor workplace safety practices and support health & safety compliance.
📚 Training & Leadership Development
- Work with our Training & Development Team to organize leadership and professional development programs.
- Help identify growth and succession planning opportunities.
📊 HR Data & Analytics
- Track HR metrics like employee turnover, absenteeism, and engagement.
- Use data to improve HR strategies and drive decision-making.
What You Bring to the Table
📌 Experience & Education ✔ 2+ years in an HR role (required) ✔ Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred) ✔ Experience with HRIS and applicant tracking systems (ATS) ✔ Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations ✔ Experience in benefits administration, payroll, or employee relations is a plus 🛠 Skills You’ll Need ✅ Strong communication and interpersonal skills ✅ Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment ✅ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software ✅ Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills ✅ Strong organization and time management 💡 Mindset That Fits Our Culture
