Senior Manager, Supply Chain Pallet Administrator
Position Overview: We’re looking for a Senior Manager, Pallet Administrator to join our team! In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing pallet movement, ensuring accuracy in tracking and reporting, and working closely with various teams to ensure smooth operations. You’ll also play a key role in maintaining efficient processes and resolving discrepancies.
What You’ll Do:
- Pallet Management: Track and record pallet movements in both internal and external systems (VIP and My Chep Portal), ensuring everything has the right documentation.
- Discrepancy Resolution: Investigate and resolve any pallet issues, including lost pallets or unprocessed receipts.
- Training: Provide training to site staff on pallet management software and best practices.
- SOP Development: Work with sites, PepsiCo, and CHEP to develop clear and efficient Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for pallet management.
- Regular Audits: Perform on-site pallet counts at least quarterly to ensure everything is in order.
- Invoice Review: Ensure accuracy in pallet invoices from all suppliers and resolve discrepancies.
- Weekly Reporting: Submit accurate reconciliation reports to Site Managers and Leadership, including pallet transfers, loss percentages, and costs.
- Stock Management: Ensure each location maintains the right pallet inventory and that min-max levels are met.
- Relationship Management: Handle audits, reconciliations, and price analysis with CHEP – Fairfield – KAMPs.
- Process Improvement: Continuously review policies, procedures, and working methods to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaboration: Work with Purchasing and Accounts Payable to resolve any supplier invoice issues.

- Proficiency in data entry and using ERP systems.
- Knowledge of Quality Management Systems and SOPs.
- Experience resolving discrepancies and collaborating with different teams.
- Background in inventory management and material control.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Commitment to ethical standards and company policies.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
What You’ll Bring:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 4+ years of experience in operations, logistics, warehousing, or procurement.
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis and SQL.
- Hands-on experience with WMS and ERP systems.
