Head of Talent Acquisition
POSITION SUMMARY As Our Company continues its exponential growth, we are elevating our Talent Acquisition function to meet the moment. The newly created Head of Talent Acquisition role will be responsible for building, leading, and scaling an enterprise-wide recruitment strategy. Reporting directly to the SVP, Human Resources, this executive will transform Talent Acquisition from a tactical necessity into a high-impact, business-driving capability. The ideal candidate is scrappy, strategic, and outcome-driven. They thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where speed, creativity, and precision are key. They are both a builder and an operator—comfortable navigating ambiguity while consistently delivering real-time value.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Enterprise TA Strategy: In close partnership with the SVP of HR, this leader will design and execute the end-to-end talent acquisition strategy for Our Company U.S., including sourcing, workforce planning, recruitment analytics, and proactive collaboration with business leaders to meet hiring needs across the organization.
- Executive & Leadership Hiring: Personally manage all senior-level hiring, including SVP, Regional VP of Operations, Executive Director, and divisional corporate leadership roles.
- Team Leadership: Lead and develop a high-performing team of three, including two existing team members and one new addition. Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation, acting as both coach and strategic partner.
- Workforce Planning: Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Operations to build scalable workforce planning and forecasting models that align with company growth targets.
- System Optimization: Oversee the optimization of the Applicant Tracking System and related technologies to ensure streamlined, data-driven recruitment processes.
- Recruitment Enablement: Develop scalable tools, resources, and playbooks that empower hiring managers and recruiters to drive consistent, high-quality hiring practices.
- Pipeline Development: Build diverse talent pipelines and cultivate strategic partnerships with universities, associations, and passive talent in healthcare and senior living.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a thoughtful, consistent, and high-touch candidate experience at every stage of the hiring process.
- Analytics & Reporting: Deliver data-driven insights and regular reporting to senior leadership to inform strategic decisions and support continuous improvement.
CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS Education:
- High school diploma required
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
Experience, Competencies, and Skills:
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience, including at least 3 years leading TA strategy at the Director level or higher
- Experience in multi-site healthcare, senior living, hospitality, or service-based industries preferred
- Proven ability to lead executive and leadership-level searches with strong business acumen and executive presence
- Demonstrated success in building and leading lean, high-impact teams
- Comfortable working in ambiguity and taking a hands-on, entrepreneurial approach
- Strong knowledge of ATS platforms, recruitment metrics, and modern sourcing strategies
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all organizational levels
- A mission-driven leader who views recruitment as a strategic driver of culture and growth
