Join Our Team as a Sales Representative! Are you passionate about connecting with people and sharing great products? We’re looking for enthusiastic Sales Representatives to be the friendly face of our company with our retail clients. In this role, you'll help build relationships, introduce our amazing products, and ensure our clients have a fantastic experience. What You'll Be Doing:
- Achieve Sales Goals: Work towards meeting monthly revenue targets.
- Engage and Educate: Use a consultative sales approach to match our products with clients' needs.
- Get Out There: Visit stores 4 days a week to meet current and potential customers.
- Find New Opportunities: Use various tools to discover and connect with new accounts.
- Build Relationships: Schedule meetings, drop off samples, and understand customer needs to offer tailored solutions.
- Optimize Stores: Ensure stores have the right digital menus, merchandising, and fresh products.
- Communicate Clearly: Confirm orders, manage customer service requests, and keep clients updated on new products and specials.
- Be Present: Participate in events like patient appreciation days and networking mixers.
- Follow Up: Maintain contact with prospective accounts and close new business.
- Stay Informed: Keep up-to-date with our product catalog and industry trends.
- Share Insights: Provide valuable feedback from customers to help our team improve.
What We’re Looking For:
- California Resident: Must live in CA.
- Experience: At least 1 year of cannabis sales experience with account management.
- Track Record: Proven success in developing sales strategies, building new business, and meeting goals.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in the medical and recreational marijuana industry is a plus.
- Detail-Oriented: Accuracy in data entry and order management is important.
- People Skills: Great communication and customer service skills with a friendly, patient attitude.
- Team Player: Ability to work well with others and contribute positively to the team.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient with MS Office, Google Drive, and CRM software.
- Driver’s License: Reliable transportation and valid insurance required.
