Are you a creative, strategic thinker who loves building meaningful relationships and driving results? Our Company is looking for a Senior Manager, Partnership Solutions to play a key role in our Corporate Partnerships department! In this role, you'll collaborate closely with our Partnership Marketing and Sales teams to develop innovative solutions that strengthen partner relationships and maximize revenue. You'll also lead a talented team—including a coordinator, graphic design specialist, and senior analyst—overseeing partnership CRM, inventory management, market analysis, marketing deck creation, and other initiatives that support our corporate partnerships.
What You’ll Do
Lead & Inspire a Team
- Mentor and manage three direct reports, helping them grow and succeed in their roles.
- Set team goals that align with department and organizational objectives.
- Foster a collaborative, innovative, and fun work environment.
Develop Creative & Strategic Partnerships
- Act as the creative force behind impactful activations and integrated campaigns for our partners.
- Lead brainstorming sessions with the Sales and Partnership Marketing teams to bring big ideas to life.
- Develop compelling partnership solutions that align with partner goals and drive revenue.
- Shape partnership storytelling through engaging sales materials like one-sheets, decks, case studies, and sizzle videos.
- Work with the Creative team to ensure high-quality, on-brand content that resonates with our partners.
- Manage the queue of strategic and creative requests, ensuring projects stay on track.
Collaborate Across Departments
- Work with teams across Marketing, Digital, Game Presentation, Community, Social, and more to create smart, strategic partner solutions.
- Support Partnership Marketing with renewal and upsell materials tailored to partner goals.
- Join meetings with current and potential partners to pitch creative ideas and ensure a seamless partnership experience.
- Oversee inventory management and key reporting processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Jump in to support other Corporate Partnership initiatives as needed.
What We’re Looking For
- Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sports Management, or a related field, plus 5–8 years of professional experience.
- Tech Savvy: Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce/KORE) and data visualization (Power BI) is a plus.
- Strong Communicator: Excellent business communication and storytelling skills.
- Problem-Solver: Analytical mindset with the ability to tackle challenges head-on.
- Team Player: Comfortable working with different teams, stakeholders, and vendors.
- Driven & Detail-Oriented: Able to juggle multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and stay organized.
- Flexible Schedule: Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs.
- Background Check: Must complete pre-employment forms and pass a background check.
