Join Our Team as a UKG Implementation Consultant!
Are you passionate about helping businesses implement cutting-edge HR and payroll solutions? Do you love working with clients to ensure their success? We’re looking for an experienced UKG Implementation Consultant to join our team and guide clients through the UKG Ready system implementation process! In this role, you’ll be a trusted advisor, working closely with clients to configure, test, and launch their UKG Ready solutions. You’ll provide expert guidance, manage multiple projects, and ensure smooth transitions to ongoing support—all while delivering an outstanding customer experience.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Lead UKG Ready system implementations—from planning to post-launch support.
- Bring enthusiasm, confidence, and a customer-first mindset to every project.
- Become an expert in the Ascend implementation methodology and apply it to all customer engagements.
- Collaborate with project managers and client teams to understand business needs and design system solutions.
- Configure, build, test, and deploy UKG Ready functional components.
- Document configuration details and recommendations to keep clients informed.
- Manage multiple client implementations and post-go-live transitions at the same time.
- Help clients navigate risks and challenges by proactively identifying and addressing issues.
- Host consulting sessions (phone or in-person) to train and support clients.
- Stay up to date with UKG Ready certifications and industry best practices.
- Mentor and support fellow consultants as a UKG Ready expert.
What We’re Looking For:
Must-Have Experience:
- UKG Ready Core HR/Payroll and/or Time & Attendance certification.
- 1-2 years of hands-on UKG Ready implementation experience.
- Background in professional services or consulting.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
- A team player with a collaborative and customer-focused attitude.
- Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently while staying adaptable and dependable.
Bonus Points for:
- 3+ years of experience leading projects or teams.
- UKG Ready experience as a system administrator.
- Additional UKG Ready certifications.
- HR or payroll industry certifications.
- Experience as a business analyst or project manager.

Work & Travel Details:
