Sales Manager/Senior Account Executive - Southwest Territory
Job Description:
In search of an experienced and driven Sales Manager/Senior Account Executive to join our team. As a Sales Manager/Senior Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and managing key accounts for our robotic innovations within the legal cannabis market in the US and Canada. Preferred: Comfort with cannabis (preferably enjoying it and having prior experience), as we specialize in manufacturing robotic innovations for the legal cannabis market in the US and Canada. Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet sales targets and expand market share
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Foster and nurture relationships with key accounts
- Negotiate contracts and close sales transactions
- Collaborate with the marketing team to devise promotional materials and strategies
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for potential clients
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities
- Generate sales reports and forecasts
- Maintain a thorough understanding of our products
- Participate in industry trade shows and events
- Manage sales and relationships within the western territory, including Montana, New Mexico, Nevada, Arizona, and Colorado

- Minimum of 10 years of experience in Sales and/or Business Development
- Proficiency in using cloud-based platforms such as Notion, Airtable, Slack, CRM, with a capacity to quickly adapt to new systems
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Agriculture, or a related field is required
- Experience in cultivation, greenhouse, extraction, or other equipment sales is highly advantageous
- Familiarity with using and maintaining CRM software
- Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time
- All employees must be fully vaccinated against Covid-19 with proof of vaccination. Masks and gloves are provided at no cost.
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, with weekend work as necessary

Salary: $60,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year + Commission + Equity
