As a Sales Director, you will be responsible to ensure we meet and exceed our distribution targets and revenue growth targets. Responsibilities

    Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree required

  • 7+ years of outside sales preferably in consumer packaged goods (food & beverage, preferred), minimum 2 years of people management

  • Knowledge of cannabis industry, regulations, market trends and competition highly preferred

  • Demonstrated experience of exceeding sales quotas

  • Proven ability to build and execute a sales strategy to generate and develop new business

  • Experience of P&L and budget management

  • Act as a direct consultant for Operations leadership by reviewing internal and external data sources, supporting the optimization and expansion of SKUs, and refining production feasibility within local market constraints.
