JOB SUMMARY
The Analyst, Supply Analytics is tasked with developing operational models necessary to meet wholesale customer demand within the company. Acting as a pivotal point of contact for both Operations and Commercial leadership, this role provides visibility into production targets across different time frames, including short-term cost and capacity modeling. Additionally, this position contributes significantly to shaping the company's capital agenda, aiding in the modeling of future site expansions, and integrating state-specific strategies into long-term supply versus demand assessments.
This role involves collaboration with management at both site and corporate levels to gather and leverage information in developing plans essential for achieving critical business objectives related to cost and service. While primarily remote, this role offers opportunities for in-market visits and time spent at the company's central office.
CORE JOB DUTIES
- Understand long-term cultivation and production plans to proactively identify risks and opportunities for the company's capital plan, exploring potential solutions to mitigate long-term operational risk.
- Act as a direct consultant for Operations leadership by reviewing internal and external data sources, supporting the optimization and expansion of SKUs, and refining production feasibility within local market constraints.
- Identify opportunities for optimizing inventory levels of raw, WIP, and finished goods across major product categories, such as edibles, vapes, concentrates, prerolls, and premium flower.
- Escalate supply gaps to management and develop corrective action plans for future mitigation. Proactively address gaps in supply versus demand targets, collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop action plans for risk mitigation.
- Ensure full transparency of production plans and targets by generating reports for various stakeholders.
- Maintain data across multiple systems to facilitate inventory and capacity management, customer demand forecasting, cultivation, extraction, and operational metrics.
- Develop and maintain long-term modeling and scenario plans to assess capacity impacts and communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Work cross-functionally with operations and other departments to address capacity challenges and production issues, offering alternative plans and solutions to meet company needs in cultivation, extraction, manufacturing, supply chain, and other functions.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION, AND SKILLS
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in financial analysis, consulting, operations, strategy, or related field.
- Experience or understanding of operations and supply planning concepts, both in theory and practice.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and meet critical deadlines.
- Proficiency in Advanced Excel, Power Point, Word, and Outlook. Experience with Tableau, SQL, and R/Python is a plus.

COMPENSATION {Only for CA, CO, and NY or Remote, Remove if N/A}
In accordance with local and state compensation laws, the estimated compensation range is $70,000 - $75,000 annually, plus eligibility for bonuses. Final offer details and future compensation determinations may consider factors such as geographic location, market compensation data, skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
