Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Manager/Senior Account Executive to join our team. As a Sales Manager/Senior Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales and managing key accounts for our robotic innovations in the legal cannabis market in the US and Canada.
Preferred: Must be comfortable with cannabis (preferred you enjoy it and have experienced it) as we manufacture robotic innovations for the legal cannabis market in the US and Canada.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with key accounts
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and strategies
- Provide product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge
- Attend industry trade shows and events
- Manage sales and relationships in the western territory of: Delaware, Vermont, Maine, Rhode Island, Ohio, Maryland, Connecticut, New York, New Jersey, Massachusetts

Qualifications:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Sales and/or Business Development
- Ability to use cloud based platforms such as Notion, Airtable, Slack, CRM, and be able to learn new systems quickly
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Agriculture or related field required
- Cultivation, Greenhouse, Extraction, or other equipment sales experience is a big plus!
- Experience using and maintaining a CRM software solution
- Able to travel 25% of the time
- All employees are required to have had a minimum of 2 doses of the Covid-19-SARS-2 vaccine with proof of vaccination. Masks and gloves are available for all employees at no cost
Schedule:
* Monday to Friday * Weekends as needed
