Sales Manager/Senior Account Executive - Eastern Territory
Job Opportunity:
We are in search of a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager/Senior Account Executive to enhance our team's performance. The role entails spearheading sales efforts and overseeing key accounts within the legal cannabis sector across the US and Canada. Preference will be given to candidates who are not only comfortable with cannabis but also have personal experience with it, given our focus on developing robotic solutions for this market. Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales objectives and expand market presence.
- Seek out new business opportunities actively.
- Establish and nurture relationships with principal accounts.
- Negotiate and finalize sales contracts.
- Work closely with the marketing department to craft promotional materials and strategies.
- Conduct product demos and presentations for prospective clients.
- Keep abreast of market trends and competitor actions.
- Generate sales reports and forecasts, maintaining a comprehensive understanding of our product offerings.
- Represent the company at trade shows and industry events.
- Oversee sales and client relations in the western territories, including Delaware, Vermont, Maine, Rhode Island, Ohio, Maryland, Connecticut, New York, New Jersey, Massachusetts.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- A minimum of 10 years' experience in Sales or Business Development.
- Proficient in utilizing cloud-based platforms such as Notion, Airtable, Slack, CRM, with the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies.
- Holds a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Agriculture, or a related discipline.
- Experience in sales related to Cultivation, Greenhouse, Extraction, or similar equipment is highly advantageous.
- Skilled in the use of CRM software.
- Availability to travel up to 25% of the time.

Work Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, with weekend work as necessary.
